Shipping Policy – Red Peach Gallery

We’re proud to offer reliable shipping from our gallery in Ahuriri, Napier, New Zealand. Each piece is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.

Order Processing
Once payment is confirmed, we typically process orders within 1–3 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may take a little longer; details will be noted on the product page.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We use trusted courier services for all deliveries: NZ Post with tracked and signature service, and Aramex for oversized or heavier items.

  • NZ Post aims for next business day delivery within most urban areas, though this is not guaranteed.

  • Aramex delivers overnight within the same island and 2–3 business days between islands.

  • Rural or remote areas may require additional delivery time, sometimes up to 7 business days.

Payment Clearance
Payments from other New Zealand banks typically clear the same business day but may take up to one business day depending on transfer time.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and include a small packaging and handling fee. Rates vary depending on item size, weight, and destination:

  • Small items (e.g., jewellery) are sent in prepaid bags (XS–L).

  • Fragile or larger items (e.g., ceramics, framed art) are shipped in boxes (Sizes 1–3).

  • Oversized or extra-heavy items are quoted individually and shipped via Aramex.

Rural Deliveries
If you live in a rural address, please select the rural shipping option at checkout. Failing to do so may result in delays, and your order may be held until the correct shipping fee is paid.

Combined Shipping
If your order contains multiple items that can be safely packaged together, we will do our best to combine them to reduce shipping costs. Any significant overcharge on shipping will be refunded.

Packaging
We take great care to package each item using appropriate protective materials to reduce risk of damage in transit.

Shipping Responsibility
Once an item is shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. Red Peach Gallery is not liable for loss or damage during transit. If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact the courier directly to lodge a claim. Tracking information is provided with all shipments.
