Carol is largely self taught and works in oils. She enjoys painting birds, animals and landscapes, finding the NZ bush an enchanting place with tangled vines, twisted branches and dappled leaves intermingled with colorful birds and their song . She trys to capture some of that magic in her paintings
Awards - Finalist Clifton Art Prize 2016 Finalist Clifton Art Prize 2015 Merit Prize for Best Natural Fauna at the 2014 Kapiti Observer Rotary Art Show for my painting "All Ears".
